Hi,
I'm asking again since the problem remains and we urgently need it solved. We need help with accessing our Orion instance in the spanish node, in order to be able to continue our work.
Any idea or help on how to gain access to the Orion instance or Cosmos, or who to ask, is as always most appreciated.

the instance is still (after 1 week) frozen in a reboot state and can't be accessed.
We need access to this instance to continue our work so any suggestions or assistance in this matter is most appreciated.

You can connect to the old portal as oldcloud.lab.fiware.org. Tell us if you have any other problem.

We have talked to Miguel, copied, and he states that this issue must be send to the Spanish node support.
E.ON need access to their existing VM's both in Spain 1 and Budapest.
How do we proceed anything we can do from our side ?
Today we can't see anything if we try to connect on our existing user tommy.blom@eon.com< tommy.blom@eon.com >
We can's access the VM's IP either.
