        Dear,

This is last reply from Level 2 support:

Some Regions (testbeds) support Containers and some do not. You can tell whether the Region supports Containers by looking in the Storage section. You sill see "Volumes" under the Storage section, and if it also supports Containers, then you will see also a section "Containers". Apparently you are working in a Region that does not support Containers. Try changing your Region to Lannion2 or Berlin (or something else), and see that "Containers" appears under "Storage". Then try again to crate a container. If it still doesn’t work, then we have to contact the administrator of the Region to check out why Object Storage is not working there.

        Best,
        Daniele

        Hi Daniele,
Thanks for info, I tried and got another error:

Error creating container . Cause: 504 Error
        (504 Gateway Time-out)

I'm not quite sure what do you mean by Testbed. I'm trying to connect
        according to
        http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers/object-storage-ge-fiware-implementation/instances
        which in turn links to
        https://cloud.lab.fi-ware.org/#objectstorage/containers/

Please see the portal in the snapshot below. I only can change Region but
have no clue what testbed I'm conneted to. The only functionality available
is "Create Container" and it generates the error..

        Regards
        Filip Hurta

Just an update on your issue which have been closed from second level support:

The testbed was upgraded over the past few weeks and there were interruptions to varioous services, including Object Store. The testbed should now be stable. Please try again.
Note that not all testbeds support Object Store. Be sure that you are trying to create a container on a testbed that supports Object Store.

        Best,
        Daniele
