Hi,
I have checked it right now and https://github.com/telefonicaid/fiware-IoTAgent-Cplusplus/ is publicly accessible.
You should be able to follow instructions there and compile the IoT Agent with UL2.0 and/or MQTT support.
RPMs are also available, but we encore you to try the regular compilation and installation process. Otherwise you may also try first our Cloud instance before installing it yourself.
