Description
Buen día, el motivo de este correo es para solicitar su ayuda con respecto
al Object Storage. Tenemos un script realizado en python que se conecta a
este GE, sin embargo, actualmente nos arroja un error de conexión al
intentar generar el token siendo que anteriormente funcionaba de manera
correcta. La ruta en dicho servidor (
http://cloud.lab.fiware.org:4730/v2.0/tokens) genera un error 504. Hemos
revisado la documentación para corroborar el código que se ejecuta para
conectarse al servidor de Object Storage pero no detectamos ningún fallo.
Agradecemos si pueden apoyarnos en esta cuestión u orientarnos para saber
como solucionarlo. Por su atención y tiempo muchas gracias.

Good day, the reason for this email is to request your help on the Object Storage.
We've got a python script connected to this GE, however, currently it produces a connection error when trying to generate the token. But it worked properly before.
The rote on the server is http://cloud.lab.fiware.org:4730/v2.0/tokens gives error 504.
We reviewed the documentation to check out source code to get the Object Storage connected, but no failure shows up.
We thank your help on this questions and could lead us to know how to fix it. For you attention and time, many thanks.
The testbed was upgraded over the past few weeks and there were interruptions to varioous services, including Object Store. The testbed should now be stable. Please try again.
