FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.FI-Lab Assistance and Mashup with Map Viewer.

          Description

          Hello support team,

          I can not connect to FI-WARE instances. IP's are not even to ping. Is the
          net down?

          In the cloud portal it says Instances are running.

          Next problem is the Mashup with Map Viewer.

          I don't get Marker to see on the map. I use the embedded code

          I used Orion Explorer to upload the entities

          And is there an example in PHP how to handel FI-Ware authentication within
          an other Application, f.e. Wordpress

            There ara a lots of different things in this issue. We try to get each of them one by one.

            Today, we have a maintain procedure in Spain and the infrastructure that you mention could be affected, anyway if the problem persist, I would need to know:

            • Region
            • Id of the virtual machine
            • Your tenantId
            • Your user

            In order that I can take a look and identify the problem.

            Regarding the FIWARE Authentication, there is no PHP example as I know but there is a very interesting presentation that explain to you how to use this component:

            This morning the VM was reachable – since 12h it is gone again.

            I can not even login to account.lab.fiware.org nor the cloud

            That why I can not tell you all the info you need.

            Node is Spain and Zuerich – mainly spain!

            Client id: 2286 (account.lab.fiware.org)

            More info is not avaible in the moment. I write you as soon as I get a
            connection again

            Over the weekend I couldn’t connect via SSH, but I could see the machines
            running.

            Now I’m completely lock out.

            Hope you can help. We have to pitch on Saturday and without live
            presentation it will be a bit pure
