      Description

      Hi,

      I need to allocate an extra "Floating IP" for my fi-ware cloud.
      Only one is not enough for what we want to do.

        The only way to apply a change in the availability of the resources is changing from Trial users to Community Users. There is a button in the help portal (http://help.lab.fiware.org/) in which you have to click and complete the information about why do you want to be a community user:

        There you have to introduce the requirements that you need apart from the default values.

        I already asked for a community account:

        7 days ago but still no news. I dont have any credentials to edit the ticket

        Hi,

        regarding to upgrade my account to community account I have this ticket:

        https://jira.fiware.org/browse/FLUA-90

        BUT is for 2 weeks old and NO changes on it. Unfortunately II have no
        account on JIRA for asking about status.

        So I have 2 requests:

        • Could you please moving forward with my requirement on that ticket. As
          you stated below I really agree to migrate to SPAIN 2. So please add as
          a comment on ticket FLUA-90 to set a new floating IP on Spain 2 in my
          account and later on I will migrate my instances from SPAIN to SPAIN 2
        • To prevent having this workaround e-mails on future... It is possible
          to have access to JIRA and talk directly with assignees? I would be
          faster for everybody and you would focus in other matters.
