        @Berlin support team
        User email is: alexander.dragosch@googlemail.com

        He has a problem with the Floating IP allocation.

        My reply to the user:

        Dear Alexander,
        you may experience this problem because most of the regions provide Floating IP public on request only. Another reason could be there are no more public IP available in the Berlin pool.
        I'm going to forward your request to the Berlin support team.

        Anyway, in order to allocate correctly a public Floating IP, you have to select public-ext-net-01 as network pool.
        Finally, Berlin networks are managed by Neutron OpenStack component, therefore you may create your network as explained at link: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27543127/deploy-vm-in-fiware-lab-nodes-with-neutron.

        Best regards
        Marco
