      Dear FIWARE Lab Staff,

      I'm writing you for a matter related to the the same issue below but for
      a different account:

      We are "Stoorm5 srl" and we have a SpeedUP grant with the RESET project
      #128.

      Currently, we haven't received any information about how to get the
      "Community Member" status
      and thus I would like to know how to get it.
