      Dear,

Can you please tell me which region you want to use ?

Public IPs are precious resources that are sometimes not freed-up from users. For this reason you should find the region on which there are free IP in the pool.
If you want I’ve just deallocated a public IP from Berlin node, you can try to book it.

      Dear all,
I have spent several hours trying to setup a virtual machine on FI Lab. Unfortunately still no success with assignment of IP to the host. I have quite some experience with different VPS hosting and basicy it seems rather simple task to setup Linux virtual machine but it is impossible to make it in FI lab. I already have a demo of my application http://digmap-lab.yottabyte.hr/DigMap/ and I would like to set it up in FI lab using FiWare GE's. Please give me some advice or help. Is it possible to take some resources and dedicate those resources to Finodex participants?

      Kind regard, Krunoslav

      Dear sirs,

Following with Krunoslav comments, we are also experiencing problems with fiware labs. We have a floating ip (in Zurich and in Spain2 region), but from time to time it stops to work and it starts to work again later and so on. Is there any way to have a stable environment?

      Dear sirs,
I have changed region to Stockholm but unfortunately, now it is not possible to start new Instance. FiWare lab seems not usable.

      Dear Sirs,

I have tried access FiWareLab and obtain only ONE floating IP address several times. Unfortunatly, I get: "message": "NoMoreFloatingIps: Zero floating ips available.", is it possible for Finodex participants to get some more resources in Lab, and also to get static IP address,so we coud be able to map DNS like digmap-lab.yottabyte.hr to assigned IP address (or somebody could map IP adress to digmap.cloud.lab.fiware.org).
At the moment it is not possible to try out how lab works.

      Srdačno, Krunoslav

Unfortunately, we face the same problem.
There are a lot of users that have allocated more floating ips than they need.

I've forwarded your reply to the user and suggested to check other regions but if you can try to release one IP and then notify him it would be nice.

Please try to allocate a public IP in Berlin (I’ve released one publicIP before) or in another region. Anyway I’ve asked to Crete if they can release one IP for you.

        Dear Daniele.

I have added the configuration (UDP and TCP) except ICMP but It don't work

Can somebody re-open the ticket ?

Can somebody from Crete Node Helpdesk check what is not working ? Seems she used the instance without problem in the past and now it is no more reachable. If you need direct contact to user I can give you via private message, just give me your e-mail.

        The mail is: xifi-support@intelligence.tuc.gr
We need to know the name of the VM that has the problem and the associated floating IP.
Just to mention that Crete node for the moment has run out of resources and floating IPs.

        Best Regards
        Spyros.
