      Description

      Hello,

I am attempting to create a virtual machine for the Memory Storia project
as part of the FiWare funding program.

All the machines I attempt to create error with an undefined error on the
summary screen. It lists the correct Key Pair, then status is "ERROR" and
      Task is "NONE"

I've tried setting them up with various CentOS and Ubuntu OS's on various
      flavors of VM.

Also, when attempting to assign a public IP to my pool I always get
      presented with this error:
{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is incapable
      of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}

I am only able to get private IP addresses.

Are you able to assist with these errors?

      Regards,
      Ryan Cormack

        Dear Ryan,

I have contacted the node to ask them to provide you further support.

It seems that anonymous posting is disabled after the latest update, hence your problem adding comments. I am contacting JIRa support to see if they did it for whatever reason or if we can enable it again.

        Thanks for your patience

        Hi Florian,

It seems Berlin replied to me on Jira, but I didn't get a notification email, and I can't see how to reply on Jira.

I've already tried everything in their solution and slide deck, and tried several times.

What would be the next steps to resolve this? We are looking to launch asap and the FiWare VM's are becoming a blocker for us.
