Hi,
I am a user in fiware-lab from Spain, im trying to generate a
TestInstance in Spanish region and always get the same error:
Status: ERROR
Error: Infrastructure error Error Getting Floating IPs from tenant null:
com.telefonica.euro_iaas.paasmanager.exception.OpenStackException: "No
more floating ips in pool net8300."
and
{"badRequest": {"message": "No more floating ips in pool
public-ext-net-01.", "code": 400}}
Please provide help with that.

About your problem, the Spain region is temporarily out of resources, so I would suggest to use one of other regions.
You keep in mind that most of the regions provide the public Floating IPs only on request.
In case of further problem about Floating IP, let us know which region you are using and your tenant (Project) ID and we will forward your request to the proper support team.
