        Dear Tim,
I would suggest to try again. In this case, if you will experience yet some issue, let us know which region you are using (if Zurich or a different one).
You keep in mind that most of the regions provides Floating IPs only on request (apart from Spain that temporarily has run out of the resources).

About the tenant ID (or Project ID), you can find it selecting your project name: look at the info bar at the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).

Please, in the future, keep the list fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org<fiware-lab-help@lists.fi-ware.org> in CC: this is essential to properly handle your help request through our trouble ticketing system.

Should I try again to let the error rise up again?

        Let me know.

Please provide us with an ERROR Database and hints to solve such problems.

An Update of the help videos would be good too, they are mostly made on

It would be also good, if there would be a source of help files/videos/

It's annoying to run into errors caused by wrong/old tutorials.

        Going to try another tutorial......

@Zurich team --> in addition to previous requests about the volumes, the user has requested a floating IP in Zurich (see message below):

        Hi Marco,
now I through myself out of Zurich Network.
I released the floating IP and yet I couldn't get a new one... all gone.
Can you ask for an IP for me?
Or can you provide me with an IP from Italy - somewhere?

While trying to set up on other locations, I got a lot of errors:
If possible it would be great to get some information of the meaning of these Errors. Might help to identify if it worth to work further with this region (e.g. Error by default?, exceeded space?, No IP's?)

        Hi guys,

There are many issues there and we cannot solve them all. Here, we try to address the ones that we know about.

Regarding the volume issue, there is a known bug in the cloud portal which we reported - attaching a volume seems to work, but the portal is not aware of this.

        https://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/CP-39

Could you be more precise regarding the volume deletion issue? What does not work?

Regarding floating IPs, we have given you one floating IP.

Regarding limit on the number of VMs: we have a default limit of 3 VMs on our system. If this is insufficient, it can be increased - can you tell us why you need more and how many more you will need?

        Thanks,
        Seán.

Regarding the volume issue, there is a known bug in the cloud portal which we reported - attaching a volume seems to work, but the portal is not aware of this. https://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/CP-39 Could you be more precise regarding the volume deletion issue? What does not work? Regarding floating IPs, we have given you one floating IP. Regarding limit on the number of VMs: we have a default limit of 3 VMs on our system. If this is insufficient, it can be increased - can you tell us why you need more and how many more you will need? Thanks, Seán.
