      Description

Hi, have received an "Update of Term and Conditions and new user policies"
email telling that we need to be categorized as Community User to go ahead
      using fiware resources.

would you please tell my my current categorization and what do we need to
do to continue using this resources?

we are a group of entrepreneurs, my company being part of
SoLiMadrid-ASOLIF, that want to test and launch a project for next finnodex
      call.

      Thx in advance.

        Dear Richard,
the process will be applied in different steps, starting from 24/02/2015.

You have to use the following link to state whether you accept or not the new defined policies if you haven’t done yet. You may be asked to login using your current FIWARE Lab account: http://terms.lab.fiware.org/accept
Instructions, procedures and application forms for “community” account will be soon available and communicated to the users.

About your current categorization, I’m going to forward your request to the level-2 helpdesk team.

        Best regards
        Marco

        Dear Richard,

Further to a number of interactions with users who contacted us we have decided to postpone the migration to the new user scheme. So this will be temporarily halted until we sent a new communication providing further details.

        In summary, the answer is:

        • You actually do not have an assigned user level (no one does at the moment), this will be done in a few weeks' time
        • When we start the process, we will send another notification with more details and explanations on how to apply for higher categories
        • The projects supported by the accelerators will have right to a privileged access to FIWARE Lab, you should not worry too much

        Best regards,

        Miguel
