FIWARE.Request.Lab.Berlin.Instance Status is ERROR.

      Description

      Hi,

      I have a problem launching a new instance of a virtual machine.

      The instance shown in the screenshot is my first instance on the FIWARE
      cloud lab. Unfortunately there is something wrong and the status is "ERROR"
      but the virtual machines log is empty.

      Are there any recommendations on how I can go on? Will I loose my quotas if
      I terminate the instance?

        which region do you use? Of course, when you terminate the instance, you
        will get back your quotas.

        Dear Sascha,

        unfortunately I cannot find the instance "BreezeServer" on the Berlin node.
        Are you sure that it is instantiated in Berlin?

        You may also consider to provide your tenant ID so I can check if your tenant configuration is correct.
