        Dear Hjd,
please could you provide us the instance ID in which you are experiencing the issue?
In the meantime, I’m going to forward your request to the Spain support team.

        Best regards

        Dear User,

        About your instances:

        1. your VM named kidsy seems to be created from a Snapshot. This snapshot is not valid because is instantiating a VM with a network interface eth1, which is not supported in the system.
To create a valid snapshot you must delete the file /etc/udev/rules.d/net. That’s why you are not able to get the VM through SSH.
You should create a new VM from a valid image or snapshot.

        2. The other VM, are older and those VM’s will be deleted because are allocated in a different Node that is being moved to other Node.

        Best Regards.
