          Description

          Hi

          I have tried to create a blueprint in Trento and it fails. I think the reason is that metadata service is not working. However, I cannot access to the VM (no public Ips availables and I cannot access by console). Can you check it?

            Hi

            Can you enter in my VM and check if metadata service is working. How can I access to the VM? Console is not working, no public IPs.... I need to debug what it is hapenning

            Hi Henar,

            could you please give me te credential to the VM so I can try to access.
            About the VNC console connection problem you could try to open a Jira Ticket to the Cloud Portal Support.
            Or we can try to give you a public IP but you shoud be fast to allocate it, and do it bofore that someone else will take it.
