      Description

      Dear Fiware Testbed Staff,

I am developing the Chef recipes for our Data Visualization GE, SpagoBI.
Until now, I have worked with Chef-solo, testing my recipes without a
      server.

I would like to know if there are constraints on external recipes
      versions to use in mine.
      I will explain better:

      • in my cookbook the metadata.rb file is something like this

      ...
      depends 'mysql', '~> 6.0'
      depends 'database', '<= 2.3.1'
      depends 'java'
      ...

      • my install recipe works with these versions of MySQL and Database
recipes, from the OpsCode Supermarket repository.

So, my doubt is: in your test Chef Server (IP: 130.206.81.105), I see
other versions for Mysql, database, etc.. recipes. In order to upload my
recipes into the SVN, do I have to use fixed recipe versions? Or I am
free to use any versions and recipes?

      Thank you!

      Giorgio
