      Description

      Good evening.

      My instances in the cloud of filab, are running (power state) but their
      status are SHUTOFF. I tried many the options in the Actions menu, but
      nothing changes, their status remain the same. Do you why this is
      happening?.

        Dear Manuel,
        I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
        I imagine you have also tried to reboot your instance from the Actions menu, without success.
        Please, could you tell me which region are you using?

        Hi Guillermo,
        I'm a member of first level help-desk support team, not the final user.

        The email of requesting user is mestevez@gie.us.es (you can usually find the user email address at the bottom of user Jira ticket) But I don't know if that is the address with which he is registered on the Fiware service.

        I know it, but mestevez@gie.us.es has not any VM deployed. That´s why I asked him to know more details.
