FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.VPS stopped. Cannot access.

          Description

          Hello,

          We have a server with (status, task, power state) = (active, suspending,
          shutoff) and cannot connect to it. The status error returned when we try to
          reboot or stop the server is "409", doing nothing after that error.

          The public ip address of the server is 130.206.82.187. The user is
          admin@garesys.com. Thank you in advance,

            Yes, the VM is on Spain node.

            I've restarted the state and started the VM via libvirt. Ssh to 130.206.82.187 is possible again.
