      Description

I'm having loads of problems getting fiware to work. At this point
everything I try raises unknown or unexplained errors, and I have a slew of
undeletable instances and templates. So I suspect something went wrong at
some point which has tainted everything I've done since.

Can you manually delete everything under my project so I can try again from
scratch? If you have any advice on a trivial test set up, I'd really
      appreciate it.

        Hi,

Can you please let me know the node where you have been working?

I was asking about healthy nodes and they have tested the Budapest one. It is going fine. My suggestion is that once you reply and we get this done, you try to work on Budapest.

I do not know if you are aware of the 6 tutorial videos on http://help.lab.fiware.org/, they maybe of help

        Best regards,

        Miguel

I've tried a number of nodes all with the same results. They're all attached to the bob-rosenberg project. If you could reset the whole project that should hopefully resolve this.

Ive gone through a few of the videos and had the same trouble when replicating their steps, so I'm pretty sure it's a deeper problem.

        Thanks.

        Bob

        Dear Bob,

We will check the blueprint templates. You can create a volume, but we
also experienced some instability with the portal in Chrome, resulting
in the same 503 errors. In this case, you should reload the page and
retry the procedure. This bug has already reported to the portal
developers, so it will hopefully be fixed soon. Based on users'
experience the portal is more stable in Firefox.

Is the MiWi-POI catalogue empty? If yes, I can forward your question to
        the developers of this component...

        Best,
        Sandor

Actually, I’ve been using this from Firefox. I will give it a try with other
        browsers though.

It’s not the MiWi-POI catalogue that’s empty. What’s empty is when I go to
“Blueprint Templates” and pick “Open Catalog” – there’s nothing in that
        list.

        Dear Bob,

I passed a query to the portal team in case they could provide me with the info and then contact all the involved nodes. It seems a bit tricky and it is best if you can supply this info per VM:

        • Node
        • VM ID
        • Project ID

I will try to contact internally each one them but need to know the involved ones - there are too many to send a "broadcast" to all of them!

        Thanks,

        Miguel
