IMPACT

• The cloud portal and the IDM will be down - it will affect other
  FIWARE services (catalogue , web site, etc) but this is beyond the scope of
  this list
• The Spanish node will be down.
• In the rest of the nodes, the VM will continue working
• In the rest of the nodes they will not be able to change the
  configuration of their virtual infra or instantiate new VMs
