Hello,
I am having problems spinning up instances. I've tried to start them
directly from images sub menu, from blue print templates. I've tried
without networks, with networks, I've also tried to create a new
account. I've tried location different then Spain (Berlin, Prague...)
and still all I get is ERROR in column Status. Error logs are empty,
there is no feedback in the notification bar at the bottom of the
screen. A few days ago I've noticed an error that sounded like "No image
found ..." but I am not getting that error any more.
I am not sure if this is linked to the issue, but my "Software in
catalogue" list when adding tiers to blueprints is empty.

Unfortunately this is reply from Berlin:
At the moment we have no floating IPs available for the ext-net-public on the Berlin node. Sorry for that. If you have no luck in Stockholm you can come back to us, maybe the situation has changed in the mean time.

Hello,
This IP is an internal IP, probably you reserved it from the “ext-net-federation” pool. You would not be able to access your instances in this way. You should get an IP from the “ext-net-public” which contains a pool of public IPs.
As I wrote in my previous mail, unfortunately at this time you cannot reserve your IP from that pool in Berlin, for this reason I’ve fwd the issue to the Berlin node support.

Anyway what is the public floating IP you are trying to assign to your project ? We can have some tests this afternoon when the portal will be back online.

This is probably because you cannot self request a public/floating IP in Berlin. As I wrote, you can do that in Stockholm.
Since you have already a deployed environment in Berlin I will forward your request to the node support team asking them if they can reserve a public IP to you.

Hello,
yes, it works better now. I've managed to setup an instance in Berlin
too. Also Waterford. Trento, Prague and Budapest are failing. But it's
ok. I just need one to test.
Also, there are now applications in "Software in catalogue" for Berlin.
I am just having problems assigning folating ip to an instance. I get an
error:

"code": 400}}
I've followed the instructions you sent me, but it still doesn't work.
Network is up, subnets, interfaces to router, but I can't assign the IP.

Dear,
I’ve just tested the situation in Berlin region, since was one of the regions you mention and I’ve managed to create an instance launched from the image Ubuntu12.04-server-x86_64. I did not add a public IP since it was just a test and I did not requested it.
Are you sure to follow all the steps to create an instance ?
Here are some hints and the steps I’ve just followed for in Berlin to setup the networks:

Please be avare that not all region release automatically a public IP, in such cases you should request it from this ML specifying the region where you would like to have it.
In Stockholm you should be able to self book a public IP.
Please let me know this solves your issue in creating an image.

It looks like a server side error, not browser issue.
