FIWARE.Request.Lab.Berlin.Cannot start any kind of instance.

      Description

      Hi there

      I am not able to start any instance in four different locations (we tried Zurich, Spain, Crete and Berlin). Also we tried centos, ubuntu and kurento. The instance always goes to “error” state without any further logs or hints what the problem is.

      I am happy for any kind of input/help.

        Dear Manuel,

        As stated in the cloud portal, the Spanish region has no more resources at this time to create new VMs, sorry. However, I've suceeded in creating VMs in regions like Budapest or PiraeusN.

        could you please provide your tenant ID and, if possible, the machine name or ID of the VM in error.
        It would also help if you could provide date and time when you experienced the issue.
        We need to check the log files.
