Good evening Chema,
Although I can access the instance (IP130.206.85.130) through ssh, but I cannot connect to http://130.206.85.130:8080/AuthoringTool/Main.html to modify my projects, cannot send events to it, i.e. cannot send any commands to ProtonOnWebserver.
I guess the services are somehow broken. What could I do? or could you please repair it so that I can use the event processing?
Thanks and regards,
Jane

Good morning Dr. Zhiying Liu:
I suppose that your fiware account is zhiying-liu. I've seen that you have a VM with name cep1, IP private 10.0.8.123 and floating-ip 130.206.85.130.
Is this the VM you had problems with?
I've seen that it was in shutdown status, but actually the VM has been running all the time (I can reach 130.206.85.130).
I've fixed the VM status, and all should be OK.
By the way, it's

[Fiware-tech-help] cep instance not accessible<http://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-1998>

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had an cep instance (from the image in fiware cloud portal) that ran well before. But since yesterday it was not accessible any more. I tried to "reboot" the instance, it didn't work out, then I tried terminate it and recreate a new instance, but the old one cannot be terminated.
Now the instance "status" is active, "task" is deleting, and "power state" is running, no matter what (reboot and terminate) I do to the instance.
Is it possible to repair the instance back to normal?
Thank you very much
Best regards,
Dr. Zhiying Liu

Received another email about a different problem (they cannot contact with a server in port 9090).
I've checked that there is not a problem with iptables in the host where the VM is running. The counter shows that the packages traverse the firewall.
I've sent an email commenting that I think this other problem is unrelated with the original issue, and suggesting to open a new ticket support, but this time to tech-help, as this is a problem with the software inside the image.
This is the message:

Good morning,
Sorry if this is not the origin account of the message, but I cannot see
the address of the new message in the Jira tool.
I've checked that this is not a network problem: the host where your VM
is running is passing the traffic to port 8080 on your VM.
I think this is unrelated with the original incident, please might you
open a new one? Here is the contacts page
http://www.fiware.org/Contact-us/ ; there is a different address to the
problems with the GE software instead of problems with the
infrastructure.
Best wishes,
Chema.
