FIWARE.Request.Lab.Berlin.CLONE - error while creating instance

      Description

      Dear Fi-ware Support!

      I've some problems with the fi-ware cloud: I want to deploy an instance, to test, but I've got errors when I create a new instance.

      • In Budapest/Berlin region, an m1 tiny cannot add disk:

      • Only the Spain region I found disk capacity, but there are another errors:

      o After the creation I see the new instance, but the status is error

      o And I can not do anything with this machine. (called: java_bbt )

      Could you help me about these errors?

          Please provide your tenant id, this you should see in the FIWARE Lab portal after login at the bottom of the portal.
          Please note that:

          • a VM must be attached to a private (tenant) network which is connected to a router (you need to create that router and network/subnet in your tenant).
          • The router's default gateway than can be set to either the "ext-net-public" or the "ext-net-federation" networks. After doing that you can associate a floating IP.from a public network.
          • Two firewalls are between public Internet and your VM then: one you can control by setting a security rule for your VM instance, the other one must be configured by the node. Please inform us about the ports you need to be open.
