      Description

      Hello,

      I am a new user in FIWARE, (r.diez0@gmail.com , ID= 9913).

I`ve created some instances of Orion Context in Budapest Area, watching
some webinairs and following the tutorials of FIWARE and I have my
instances ACTIVE, but my problem is in the moment to access on the machine
through ssh I dont obtain any result. I can't access through shh

I don`t know if i am doing something wrong, if configured something bad or
there are external problems like in Spain Region ( i was trying to create
an instance, but i saw there is no chance by the moment. )

      ------------------------------
      Ubuntu/Mac terminal

      1. Open the Terminal
      2. Locate the keypair asocciate to this Instance when launching it.

      my_keypair.pem
      3. Modify the keypair permissions in order to make it not publicly
      viewable.

      chmod 400 my_keypair.pem
      4. Connect to the Instance using its public IP.

      ssh -i my_keypair.pem root@10.0.192.121 <root@10.0.192.121>

      Windows PuTTY Client

      1. Install PuTTY and PuTTYgen from Putty website <http://www.putty.org/>.
      2. Locate the keypair asocciate to this Instance when launching it.

      my_keypair.pem
      3. Convert your Keypair (.pem) to PPK with PuTTYgen.
      4. Use PuTTY to connect to the Instance using its public IP
(10.0.192.121) and the new PPK Keypair.

      Thanks

      Ricardo.

        Dear Ricardo,

the 10.0.192.121 is a mdvpn IP. You cannot connect to the VM with this
IP from outsite. The MDVPN connects the VM from different regions. You
shoud make a new instance with Public net floating IP and you can
connect to the instance with ssh.
If you have any other problems, send us an email.

        Dear,
        Gergő

        Dear Diez,

sorry for the very late answer. I checked the VMs and I saw 2 VMs with
active state. If the connection problem persists, please restart the VM.
In this time the VM downloads your key from the server and you can
        connect with that.
The delete/cretate method need time, because in this time the system
dissasociate the floating ip-s, destroy the disk of the VM, write this
information to the database, update the quatos, etc.

ps, please use the 'Answer all' when you write, or write the
fiware-lap-help in cc, because in this time my collegue get your mail,
        and can help you.

        Best Regards,
        Gergő
