I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
As specified on the “Important Info” screen message, the Spain region is out of resources, so you cannot create instances on that node.
In the meantime you can try to use the other available regions.
Please, let us know if this suggestion solves your issue.
If this doesn't help, let us know which region you are using (Spain, Trento, Lannion, etc) and your instance ID, so we can forward your issue to the proper node support team.

Hi,

A friend recommended I check out fi-ware. I ended up at this Lab thing, but can't seem to create an instance: its status is always "ERROR".

Any idea what could be going wrong?

Seemingly, the instance"derka" in error state due to a temporary resource problem.
From the error state I see that you selected an "Ubuntu12.04-server-x86_64" image in flavor "m1.tiny".
I verified that this should work.
Could you please explain in more detail the steps you have taken to instantiate the image - in particular your network configuration.
Image instantiation often fails because no network was assigned to the VM.

No reply from user. Therefore we assume issue is solved or outdated.
