first of all I would suggest to get general information/help about the FIWARE platform on:

• The FIWARE Academy e-learning portal: http://edu.fiware.org
• Video tutorials: http://help.lab.fi-ware.org
• Questions/Answers http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/fiware
• The catalogue of Generic Enablers (GEs): http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers

About your question, you can select the other regions from the drop-down list (where you probably see Spain).
Please, remember to be patient because the other regions are actually under configuration and testing.
