@Daniele, one more thing. Many nodes do not assign IPs automatically and they do so under demand (sending an email to this list and specifying the node). This is unclear in the portal, let him know.

Dear Miguel,

Thanks for suggestions. I’ve already told the user to not use Spain region before issuing the ticket. From what you write I understood the problem in instantiating the blueprint template is the lack of a public IP.

So let me take this issue in charge (I will give direct support to user) and please let me know which region I should suggest to the user in order to instantiate Kurento.

Just to update all on this topic,

After some tests seems that it is not possible to launch a blueprint instance from a template (self-created) without:

• a private network connected to
• a router connected to
• a public IP

For now I will suggest the user to simply instantiate the Kurento image directly.
