      Description

      Hi,

I trying to launch new instances in Fi-Lab but for some reason launching
fails every time and instance gets into error state. See attached
screenshot. I can't find any additional information for the error.

I tried different regions and different instances, but a result is same:
      ERROR

I originally had a test instance running on Spain region, that was
launched in October but I deleted it as I couldn't anymore find keypair,
and understood that you can't associate new keypairs to existing
      instance.

Is there a general problem in Fi-Lab, or am I just missing some step?

      Regards,
      Tero Vuorela

        Dear Sir

        Response:
Currently Spain have no resources to allow deploying more VMs. We are working to get Spain up again. The other regions are under testing. I suggest you to choose either Prague or Budapest regions to try t get new VMS deployed.

Sorry for the inconveniences and best regards

        User response:
        Hi,

Thank you for the answer. According to your advice I tried Prague region and managed to deploy an instance. However creating a floating IP failed: no IP addresses available - error, although the dialog said that there is one in quota.

Very soon Cloud part of FI-Lab web site stopped responsing totally. Other parts like Mashup, Data, Account work ok, but for Cloud it doesn't load any pages. Seems like situation has been such for almost 12 hours. Similar situation occurred during weekend. In news feed there were information several days ago about maintentance, is this related to that, or what could be problem?

        Regards,

        Tero Vuorela

Dear Jesus, what is the purpose of the IPv4 address request? The public IPv4 allocation is an ongoing problem due to the ingerent and limited nature of the number of publicly routable IPv4 addresses. Please if at all possible try to use IPv6 which is by default allocated to each VM in Prague.

We've released some IPv4 addresses from users who were not actually using them, and there's something available right now.

        With kind regards,
        Jan
