My name is John Kamau from Nairobi, Kenya and I'm researching what angle I should pursue to tackle the projects that I have. 
I graduated with my Master's degree in Physics in 2008 from Central Michigan University. Over the years I have transitioned and worked as a business IT risk management professional from 2009 to 2014 and then in public policy for the Business Advocacy Fund (http://businessadvocacy.net/) where I wrote a few reports that stated the impact of various policies on businesses (https://scholar.google.com/ citations?user=uOK8CbQAAAAJ). In 2020, we recently won the Lexus Design Award for the Open Source Communities project; a smart water and energy resource centre (https://www.forbes.com/sites/nargessbanks/2020/09/01/belltower-lexus-design-award-2020-winner/#4dfb4c11deee). 

We have since been trying to see how to leverage this and apply it across the board in order to make a real and tangible impact. I came up with agroforestry plans and would like to pilot it in Kenya on 30 acres across the country.

We plan to help farmers, landowners, and investors make regenerative agriculture work for them by balancing short-term income with long-term returns. We shall make it easy for investors to fund low-risk agroforestry projects, while helping farmers increase profitability, through our design, analytics and project development and management platform.  With us, farmers become more resilient, and investors earn great returns. Typically, these projects would add tree crops to farmland and/or other need-based profit making set up.
I would like to pursue this project under your support and guidance  in order to provide sustainable income while being true to the eco-vision.
