          Description

          I am trying to create a VM in Berlin since i have read that there are not
          resources in spain.
          my process:
          security- Create keypair
          network- create a network
          instances - new instance- Ubuntu12.04-server-x86_64
          <https://cloud.lab.fi-ware.org/#nova/images/27b486b1-75f9-442f-bc5a-b2fa5db04dca>
          in
          small size
          use the created keypairs and the created network
          and i get ERROR status
