Description
Hello Fiware Team,
One of my private documents having "Trade Secret" in detail has been
released by FiWare organization without my acknowledgement.
With this email I'm making clear that I have realized today that your
organization has violated our Research Center's Trade Secret (according
with WIPO International Laws) in the way of private communication release
and all the documents attached in *.rar extension. This is the evidence:
http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/HELP-41
Our local attorneys in your country (cc'd) are ready to start IP lawsuit
cases in case you don't write officially its respectively apologize and how
you will pay all the trade-secret and moral damage for this Global Trade
Secret violation during months and months.

Dear Mr. Vargas,
FIWARE advocates transparency and openness. This is why all our communication channels are public and the interactions are always publicly exposed. This is implemented via an automated ticketing system that does it without human intervention. We have now a note on the communication channels page with this information to prevent any sort of misunderstandings: https://www.fi-ware.org/Contact-us/
We have just added a note in the autoresponder of the list to reinforce this.
Coming back to your concrete case, last week we deleted the ticket you refer to in order to prevent any harm from happening. We are very sorry if this caused any sort of trouble to you or your organization.
Best regards,
Miguel
