Description:
The resource library at http://www.xml3d.org/xml3d/script/xml3d.js is give
a ‘403 Forbidden’ error when trying to load. This does not allow to define
the xml3d tag and work with local demos.
The error can be seen in the image xml3d_library_not_accessible.png.

I can not reproduce the issue. The link given in the issue description works on the machines that I have tried, as well as using the script in a web application via link reference. Please try again if the problem still exists.
