          Description

          Hello,

          it seems that it is not possible to instantiate anything in any region.
          Is the undergoing testing and verification phase, mentioned in the
          notification, expected to complete soon or the problem is totally
          irrelevant with it?

            Thanks for contacting us. Regarding Spain region, it is already full and it is not possible to deploy any MV. Regarding the rest of regions, could you please elaborate a bit more which problems your are facing.
