          Description

          Dear Madam, Sir,

          We are planning to apply for membership of the FIWARE Foundation.

          We found all info on the website, except for the statutes.
          It seems that only the Bylaws are available.

          Can you please send us the statutes of the FIWARE Foundation,
          so that we can receive internal approval to apply for membership?

              I'm not sure what you mean by "statutes" ... but the Bylaws are
            essentially the statutes of the FIWARE Foundation ...

            Dear Juanjo, Stefano,

            Thanks for the info!

            Normally an organisation has (rather fixed) statutes and (rather flexible) bylaws,
            see e.g. the statutes and bylaws of BDVA on this site: https://www.bdva.eu/regulations

            I could only find the bylaws of the FIWARE Foundation on the website.

            But if the FIWARE Foundation only has bylaws and thus no statutes,
            we have all info we need for our internal legal check to become member.
