To start with, the project is supported by the European Commission and the current commitments with them ensures at least two more years of support (until Sept 2016). But our intention is to go beyond the current project; FIWARE is a platform, not a project and one of our key goals is to make it sustainable over time. We count with the commitment of the partners to strengthen it and keep it alive in years to come.
