      Question:
Fiware IoT Agent Data loss During MQTT Broker data subscription

      Description:
we have seen IoT Agent not receiving all the data from MQTT Broker(Vernemq) after restart the MQTT broker.Plz find below the testing scenario.
we did the testing with MQTT Broker(vernemq) in 1 ec2 and 2 iot Agent with restating vernemq in between
      1- send 11 and 24 records
Received 11 and 24 at iot agent
      2- Restarted EC2 vernemq
      3- send 24 records
      Received 7 at IoT Agent
Note: Where other Subscriber got all 24 records at same time.
4- Restarted IoT Agent and Send 24 records
      Received 24 at IoT Agent
Data loss we are seeing while MQTT broker getting restart and IoT Agent still running.
Please help us resolving the data loss issue.
