Description
Dear support,
On 30.04. I created an instance in Fiware labs cloud, from base_ubuntu_18.04 image. I created a security group and attached volume to it. I also created the key. Instance ID is 88097624-830b-4eba-ad64-16dbd1322a59. I attached IP 217.172.12.206 to it. IP addresses are node-int-net-01: 192.168.111.53, 192.168.111.50 Floating IPs: 217.172.12.206, node-int-net-02: 192.168.112.63.
The problem is that I cannot connect to the instance via putty nor ssh -i " private.ppk" ubuntu@217.172.12.206<ubuntu@217.172.12.206>. But I have older base_centos_7 instance with which the same floating IP address was associated and I didn’t have any problems. Now also, when I switch IP to it, with the same security group as for the problematic instance, everything is working.
Could you help me with this problem, it is urgent.
Could you also tell me on which of your nodes my instance is (Vicenza, Spain2, etc.)?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Marija

Hi,
I tried to connect to your vm and I received the login prompt.
I think that you have to wait for the complete boot process after the creation of the vm (when the state of vm is running the vm could be in the boot process yet).
I can confirm you that the vm is hosted in Vicenza node, you can check it in the cloud portal.
Best Regards
