I created a new Key Pair
      I created new network rules
      I created a new network
      I created a new router
I created a new instance associated with Key Pair and in my network
I associated with my instance a floating IP
I tried to connect using SSH but the floating IP seems to be inaccessible

PS: the tenant I use seems to be the Mexico one.
