I have the next error when I launch an instance from a Blueprint Template

Could you tell me why I can't create a instance from a blueprint template?
I have 2 availables instances.

*Success: *Blueprint Instance Machine status.

Description: Create environment Machine

Status: ERROR

Error: Error installing a product.
