Hi my name is Jacobo Garcia, i work for TGR also in advanced support, today i commited "terminate" button on my fiware instance but i did not meant to delete it.

Can you recover it? please i have a lot of work inside and i would like to recover.

Instance name was "EseQuEle" .

hi yesterday i saw the machine active but in deleting state, i cannot reboot or shutdown this instance and i still can not access throught ssh. Fortunately i've recovered some html and ill be able to make all dev stuff i've done on this.

buuttt if you please please can recover to a week ago state ill be glad.

Instance was in state shutdown at libvirt level.
It was started (virsh start instance-000018d4 ) and i cpuld enter via ssh thrpough its private ip (ssh root@10.0.0.115)
