I am writing to you on behalf of Fáilte Ireland (The Irish Tourism Development Authority). I am conducting research into international conferences that have the potential to be hosted in Ireland. I would like to discuss with you the possibility of hosting the FIWARE Global Summit in Ireland in the future.

I would be most grateful to receive a brief reply to the following questions, by e-mail, at your earliest convenience.

1. Is it a requirement to have members within Ireland to enable the Conference to be hosted here? If so, I would be most grateful to receive their contact details to enable me to contact them directly.

2. If this is not a requirement, do you have responsibility for deciding where the Conference is held?

3. If so, I would be most grateful to receive details of your requirements to enable us to put together a proposal.

Alternatively, if the event would not be held in Ireland, I would very much appreciate a brief e-mail confirmation. This will enable us to update our records accordingly and prevent us from contacting you again in the future.
