      Description

      Hi,

      It's been a while since I entered my Fiware Lab cloud account. Today I
      tried to access with the credentials that I had and has not let me in any
      of the ways. When trying to reset the password, an error has occurred. Has
      my account been deleted?

        Dear Fiware Lab User,

        Your account was a trial user account which was expired a long time ago (antonio.14.gpmp@gmail.com - trial_started_at : 2019-06-24).
        Usually trial user accounts last for 15 days and after this period the account gets disabled and all given resources get free as well.
        This means that your VM does not exist any more.
