FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.No conecto al servidor: "Server refused key"

      Description

      Buenas,

      Hacía tiempo que no entraba en el servidor de fiware.

      He intentado entrar esta mañana usando WinSCP (conexión SSH) pero me dice
      que "El servidor rechazó la clave". Igual vía Putty: "Server refused key".
      (Siempre he usado la misma clave ppk).

      He entrado en mi cuenta de fiware-lab y en la pestaña connections dice que:
      Connect using a SSH client
      ------------------------------

      You need to associate a Floating IP to this Instance in order to connect
      via SSH.

      1. Go to Security -> Floatings IPs
      2. If you have not any Floating IP available, allocate a new one to the
      project.
      3. Associate a Floating IP to this Instance.

      He seguido los pasos pero me sale el error: *Error: *Error allocating IP
      address. Cause: 503 Error
