Hi
We are having some issues when we try to create the copy of our instances. Seems that they need too much time in create the copy and we are afraid that our account of Spain2 server shutdown and we don't have the copy ready to move to he Vicenza server. Can you confirm us if there is any issue doing the copy of the instances?
On the other hand, my colleague Ricardo with the account "Ricardo.ruizsaiz.external@atos.net<Ricardo.ruizsaiz.external@atos.net>" doesn't see today the Vicenza server in his account of Fiware Cloud, but yesterday he can see it, is there any problem with his account of Vicenza?.
