          Description:
          The section “Registering a new user” from the User and Programmer Guide
          seems to be missing some parts. There is a reference in the section to a
          picture cosmos_portal.png but the picture itself is missing.

          Also, the last sentence seems to be unfinished: “A new user registration
          leads to the following”
