Dear Fiware Lab,

I received a notification that my Fiware account will be canceled, and I
requested to contact you to avoid this cancellation.
Well, I request that my account not be canceled and I'd like it to be
upgraded to stop being a trial.

I am currently developing an IoT framework for managing water distribution
networks. In order to get my project going, I need my account to be active. For
this reason, I have requested to renew my Fiware account.
