FIWARE.Request.Lab.Ubuntu virtual machine problem.

      Description

      Good morning,

      i'm Luigi Coviello from School of Advanced Studies San'Anna Pisa, we have a
      fiware-lab account (user: raffaele.limosani@santannapisa.it) with two
      instances installed: orion context broker and ubuntu16.04. In the last 4
      days we can't access to the ubuntu virtual machine and all the things that
      we have on it (DB, web interfaces) don't work, what could be the problem?

        Your VMs doesn't seem to have any public IP assigned. You should try to assign a Floating IP to any of those VMs and then trying to login.

        Buongiorno,

        gli ip pubblici dell nodo di Vicenza si stanno esaurendo e quindi si sta procedendo al rilascio di quelli che appartengono a tenant che risultano non attivi.

        Le email inviate a raffaele.limosani@santannapisa.it tornano indietro in quanto l'indirizzo risulta non più esistente e quindi l'ip pubblico della vm è stato rilasciato.

        Per ripristinare la situazione occorre effettuare il login nel cloud portal (https://cloud.lab.fiware.org) e riassegnare un ip pubblico alla vm.

        Con l'occasione vi chiedo di fornirci una email attiva per il tenant "SSSA_ACCRA cloud" in modo che possiate ricevere eventuali comunicazioni.
