[Fiware-lab-help] Account signin not working

      My username and login information provided does not allow me to login. It's hung up waiting for a response after I submit my credentials.

        Dear user,

        I was checking your status and apparently there is a problem in the Mexico region. In between the problem is resolved, I suggest that you change to other region. Could you provide us the region in which you want to work in order to change it in the system?

        I am based in the US, which i didn’t see as an option. That is why I chose Mexico. Any regions is ok with me as long as it works.

        I submitted another application with the Vicenza region selected. Hopefully there isn’t an issue with a duplicate account, since I’m using the same email address.
